Cost is $165, which includes a $45 non-refundable deposit that will be applied to the registration. Camp T-Shirt is also INCLUDED.

This form MUST be completed, signed and turned in the first day of camp.
Camp participants are responsible for bringing their own lunch daily. See "Instruction" for the daily camp schedule.
Athletes must be entering Grades 2 through 8 in the Fall of 2013.

In the event of inclement weather camp will be moved indoors.
CANCELLATIONS: Written or emailed cancellations
must be received no later than two weeks prior to the first day of camp (Deadline: June 11, 2012), in order to receive a refund. Refunds will be mailed in full less the $45 deposit / administrative
fee.
